Prohibited Activities

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
• Claiming a business you do not own or represent.
• Posting fake, incentivized, or defamatory reviews.
• Scraping, crawling, or bulk-downloading MPListing's own content without permission.
• Attempting to bypass security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Using contact details found on MPListing (including business emails/phone numbers) to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or violates our DMCA Policy.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or business owners.

Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or a permanent ban, at our discretion. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Reporting

Use the "Report Incorrect Info", "Suggest an Edit" or "Request Removal" links on any business profile to flag a problem.
