Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mplisting.com. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
MPListing is a directory of Malaysian businesses, compiled both from self-service listings and from publicly available factual business information (see our Automated Business Discovery page). Business profiles may be unclaimed, claimed, or verified -- these statuses are always shown clearly on the profile.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Business owner accounts may claim, edit and manage listings for businesses they genuinely own or represent.
Business Listings and Claims
- Self-listed businesses are reviewed before appearing publicly.
- Claiming a business that already has an owner is treated as an ownership dispute and reviewed by our team -- ownership is never transferred automatically.
- You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information.
Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans (e.g. featured placement) are billed via our payment processor on the cycle shown at checkout. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms. Correcting factual information or requesting removal of a listing is always free and never requires a paid plan.
Prohibited Conduct
See our Acceptable Use Policy for the full list of prohibited activities, including submitting fake reviews, scraping the site, or impersonating a business you do not represent.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant MPListing a licence to display it as part of the service. Publicly-sourced factual business information is used and attributed in line with our crawling principles.
Disclaimers
MPListing provides business information "as is" and does not guarantee its accuracy for unclaimed, unverified listings. We encourage users to verify details directly with the business.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MPListing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
